Vietnamese coffee is typically made from Robusta beans or blended Robusta and Arabica which are known for their strong, robust flavor and high caffeine content. The traditional method of brewing Vietnamese coffee involves pouring hot water over the ground coffee and allowing it to drip through the “Phin” filter into a cup. This slow, meticulous process is said to shine in all its aromatic and full-bodied glory.
